[..YouTube..] Hey Catwalksymphony,Ha ha.. believe it or not, I’m starting to get used to fish oil now.. no more “gross” taste so I think it is a good thing. I haven’t finished the bottle yet (I admit I did skip a few days but sue me!) LOL.. Once I finished the bottle, I will see from there if I want to continue drinking or get pills instead. :-D

Ha ha.. believe it or not, I’m starting to get used to fish oil now.. no more “gross” taste so I think it is a good thing. [..YouTube..] Try to bake it into something by replacing some of the vegetable oil with fish oil. Want me to try that first to see if it makes the baked goods taste bad? LOL

Geo, I got some fish oil for my Border Collie, Abbie-Kate. Seriously. She is itchy all the time. HOWEVER, I cannot even stand the smell of it. She will take it by the teaspoon beautifully but Lord, if my life depended on it I’d just have to die. I couldn’t ever take that stuff in a million years, not with anything. No way. I say, just use the smaller capsules and call it good. I really don’t see how you keep it down at all. I will eat the fish but never, never be able to drink fish oil!! Ecch!!

Try to put fish oil in your coffee mixed with milk or cream or your own cream (smirks) and sugar and see it can mask the taste. Worth a try…if not, just throw it away and get the gel or whatever, it doesn’t hurt to throw a bit of $ anyway.
As for chicken divan, you should have asked Larry for that recipe, he makes the best chicken divan ever. That recipe has been passed down from his mom. Yes it includes broccoli, cheese. I’ll email you the recipe if you want it, just request it.

Tara and I use yam as Yam potato mash. Tara’s favorite is Goat Cheese on Yam after made a mash yam potato as normal mash potatoes while my hubby work.

I don’t put any sugar. Additional Cinnamon and Nutmeg. It is really good for diabetic to use Cinnamon and will improve diabetic better. Sort of things. my hubby is not fond of yam. Oh, no!!!
