    Geez, :frustrate: I don’t have a tredmill with me I always want to walk since my home area are uphill I cannot exerisce.. I never thought I could try that .. Where I can find a treadmill inside my house since I could not able to walk longer, Due to my foot pain pretty bad. :cry:

    I cannot work with deaf blind client for SSP. I had to postpone after foot surgery. I am really frustrate.. I still don’t know how can Geo can do his vlog program in same time he walking. it is not annoyed.. but for me. :frustrate:

    I am really FAT FAT!

    Hey, cool, for bloggers, that is. Walk while typing at the keyboard or clicking that mouse. Take the pounds off while bloggin’!!! For the readers though, watching a vlogger signing while he’s walking can probably make some readers feel a kind of vertigo with signs going every which way. :confused: :roll:

    Oh.. yeah true, that’d be good idea for bloggers to walk while typing but damn. After I did my video at the gym, I decided to log online using their internet for free and tried to read something like sport news, etc.

    I had a lot of trouble reading texts while walking. Seriously, it wasn’t funny!! :ROFL:

    I gave up so I wonder how these people can work while walking?! :roll:

    Think its not bad idea do vlogging while walking on treadmill. Id love to have treadmill but they are too big to fit in our livingroom but I do have cycling in living room and I do watch TV while cycling .. it is good better than sit on potato counch lol
    But one thing cant read while do on excrise because you move around and your eyes wont be able to focus on reading. Maybe one day something new invent will be much better since now days people are on working out and keep in fitness. ;-)

    Ya know, I was anticipating you just CRASHING at the end of this video :) Once that I saw that you actually got on the treadmill.. hehehe :)

    I would love to do that, it is so boring just sitting at a desk. I’m constantly walking and typing on a blackberry so it would be beneficial to my health :)

    I am honesty with you. My health is freak out with my weight issues. my foot is very easy painful.. my daughter’s friend always called us without relay service if she is not here.. I had to turn voice machine somehow they called three to 5 time a call I had to run to turn off TTY machine off.. Headaches. I said to my husband. it is hurt my foot so badly while I had to run to TTY machine. It is annoyed me a bit.
    my right foot has broken almost 40 years ago. Kind of cause my foot is very ” tired” After I get up early for errand.It worn me out.. The reason why I need cut fat food and sort of things.Loose weight before surgery. I hope it helping some kind of light for walk or something like that.
    Cross my finger I can find a way to loose without exercise or walking. It is kind impossible?

    Hi Deaf Pixie,

    Sorry for the delay, was having some trouble with the internet on and off in past couple of days until it finally died this morning so the technician came in and took care of it. It’s all fixed. :yeah:

    There is ways to lose weights other than exercising but of course exercise is better if you can. But if you can’t, try to stay within calories you need daily. If I remember right, it depends on your height/weight, only need average of 2,000 calories daily so if eat more than what needed then more likely to gain some weights.

    Eat health, stay on diet, keep eye on calories daily, etc help a lot.

    Take it easy and hope everything will be better for you in no time. :-)
