When we hit the road back home from Portland area, we decided to stop at Stonehenge which is about half way between Portland, OR and Pasco, WA. This Stonehenge is almost identical copy of the more famous English Stonehenge in UK.

Wow, Pretty view and I never heard of the place in between Oregon and Pasco on highway 97.
Something I would love to travel in WAshington and Oregon are so beautiful in some way, It is kind of something different for travel for relaxation any age of people should know about place. I never heard of that place. Deaf people often dont heard of that place, etc. No one perfect!
Aww, Rob! Any beautiful lady who have you will be very luck because you are such a sweet guy!

Hey Deaf Pixie,
Funny you mentioned about Highway 97 because we were surprised to see how beautiful it is from Portland to south of Tri-Cities on highway 97 (bridge) from I-82.
In the past, we have been using 82 going to Portland and back home to Tri-Cities but this time since we decided to check out Stonehenge which have to take the bridge from OR to WA half way from 82 to highway 97.
Then after Stonehenge, we decided to take route 14 all the way to Tri-Cities and we can’t believe how so beautiful the whole areas are, we even almost hit a deer but I stopped in time and took a bit of video. It was pretty cool!
I think I like taking highway 97 from I-82 to Route 14 instead of I-82 all the way but only bad if there is many cars using highway 97 since there is only one lane going East while other lane going West so you kinda have to pass slow cars if can.

Hi Geo. I’ve been there. It’s a lovely place, right out in the middle of nowhere. I love it. I actually posed laying down on the sacrificial alter. Ha. Jes’s pics turned out great! You had some rare sun!

That highway has alot of vineyards because that side faces South and get’s the sun. I have relatives who live in Centerville by Goldendale, a one-horse town, with a luxury view of Mt.Adams.

There’s definitely not nearly as much of the original one left as that! Still, looks like a nice place to have stopped off at and the weather looks fantastic!

HI Geo,
Thats very interesting place to see.. it looks like it was left there many many years ago? What waa it use for ?
It looks like Rome/Greece where they have many stones that has been left there many years ago.
Too bad I missed that place.. didnt know we traveled around USA for 2 1/2 months(8 yrs ago) and didnt see them in Oregon..
We should sse them. as we would love to repeat traveling around USA someday.

Hey SB,
It has no historical to it really, it was just a copycat from UK, I left a link below the video so you can read more about it. It’s more of art to copy from UK so the real building is in UK.
It’s so beautiful for sure tho even tho it’s just a copycat, ha ha.
