Hey Suzy,
HIs job will be about 5 miles from our apt so which means we will be staying here for at least one more year so he can gain some experience before can apply anywhere else.
Not many hospitals are accepting newly grad students so have to go what we can get for now for the next year.
We are just excited that we can finally get things going where he can work at hospital to begin with.

Funny you asked.. our renters would like to buy the house so hopefully they can get things together by end of this year and see if they can get loan approval to buy it.
So we will wait and see but if they are unable to buy it then we will have to sell it cuz we want to buy our own next year for sure.
