All I can say is thank you, Cafe Press! She did point it out about the policy on hatred messages which is why it shouldn’t be on there in the first place.
Good job, guys! You all did an awesome job, working as a teamwork is the key.

daveynin,
Actually, I posted about this yesterday on previous post:

Thanks for doing this, Geo! You rock! :)
Kinda sad to see “I Hate Deaf People” t-shirts all gone! I hate political correctness!!!!!!
I rather know anyone wearing this kind of t-shirt. So I would know who is who hating deaf people than keeping myself in total darkness.
I am all for political incorrectness! See that Norman Lear’s classic television sitcoms like “All in the Family” and “The Jeffersons” would be not possibly broadcasted nationally due to extreme political correctness within this country.
I would not mind if someone call Obama “Big Dumbo Ears!” That brings us more colorful perspective on life than all cookie cutters.
So I know more and more about someone else express their own feelings.
I rather be friends with any guys, who are openly homophobic or anti-deaf than anyone who hide their feelings to be more dangerous than anyone rant out their thoughts.
I always have real fun with homophobic friends which we usually end up best friends. I have many racist friends which I value their thoughts and perspectives.
I am an ultraliberal myself, but have many politically consertative friends. No questions about many Republicans love to screw up other people’s lives including my former deaf good friend, Janice Barker for her attempt to forge and cash my check from the apartment management. What a hyprocrite for the law and order Republican like Janice!

Great Job, Geo, however, you cannot have the pinky boa.
Hey, thanks everybody! Also don’t forget to pat on your back as well! Because of your comments, they helped, too!
Hey White Ghost,
What?! After all that hard work to remove shirt off the site and yet I still don’t deserve pinky boa?! How DARE you!!
-SG
Hey RLM,
Ha.. I know what you mean, actually the whole point is that some things, people shouldn’t be making money off hatred messages like selling shirts and such especially knowing there is rule against it on their sites.
And people would be buying these shirts without knowing the meaning of it if they don’t know ASL.
If that idiot wants to send out a loud message how much they hate deaf people, do it in fonts for all english-speaking people to understand, I dare ‘em.
If they do, I will still kick their asses then report it as usual, anyways.
-SG
Yay! I’m glad they listened to you. Good job and thank you. (patting your back)
Seek Geo,
You ought to sue this t-shirt maker for causing you emotional distress and time consumption of your effort to get that hater off the market! Why not file a simple lawsuit to make money off the hatemongers! That will set an example for others not to f**k with you and us, deaf people. :)
RLM
Yes, because suppressing ideas you don’t agree with is ALWAYS a victory. Congratulations! This further makes us deafies look like a bunch of whining cry-babies.
Bob,
I guess something when it comes to violate the policy regarding hatred messages automatically make a minority group cry babies?
So you must be saying the same about NAACP when they filed a compliant against such similar situations.
I’m sure you have complained at least once in your lifetime which makes you a cry baby as well, don’t you forget that?
It is amazing how people like you always say “cry babies” when it comes to one thing after other.
-SG
awesome work
Kudos
Peace
patti
Good job! Glad you went this far to have it removed to show that we can stand up what we believe is right. Other minorities would have gone the same if they see messages toward against them, too.
@SeekGeo
Yes, actually I do think the NAACP would be equally as wrong. When something offends me, I ignore it because that’s what grown-ups do. I complain about issues that actually matter… like if I was refused service at a restaurant because I’m deaf. Or being denied an interpreter at a hospital. THOSE are issues to complain about.
The only reason policies governing hate messages exist is because of people who get “offended” over silly name-calling. And ironically enough, by complaining you draw more attention to this and attract more people to make fun of you.
Even in the best situation, the person who made that shirt will probably hate deaf people even more. So again… I offer my congratulations!
Be a hearing person, I can not imagine the ignorance it would take for someone to wear a shirt like that! It is sickening! Hate is a very strong word & the world would be better off if it never existed. OMG I am honestly sickened by someone even thinking of making a Tshirt like that!
Gone? Well done!
Bob,
Again your comment is just pure silly, why? Because when you sell shirts with such hatred messages on them using public sites like CafePress, they do not allow to promote hatred messages.
Then we have to put this to stop mainly because these idiots make money from selling hatred messages. Do we want them to make good bucks? No.
When their site’s policy states no hatred allowed means NO!
If you make your own shirts at home then wear it for all I care, it’s freedom of speech but at the same time good luck wearing it because you’d probably get beaten up, no question about it.
I already stated on previous post that I have seen a lot of videos, emails, blogs that promotes on hating deaf people, I couldn’t careless.
But when it comes to sell for profits, yes I do care.
Get it?
-SG
I am wondering how this particular t-shirty slipped between the cracks. Don’t they (someone!) have a final say in what is sold and advertised?? From my opinion, Cafe Express should be watched closely. There might be more hateful messages in the future. Watch ‘em! No matter if it concerned deaf persons or not, it if isn’t right, protest!
@SeekGeo
If that guy starts selling his shirts on a street corner, are you going to try and find him? If you only have a problem with the fact that he/she is doing it for money, then is murder okay as long as you don’t hire a hitman?
Money has nothing has to do with it. You’re offended by the message. That’s okay… you’re allowed to be offended. But you’re only taking action because you can be a “tattle-tale” to CafePress with little or no effort. This makes you feel like you’ve won a victory, no matter how insignificant.
The real issue is that you let stuff like that bother you? If someone wants to spread messages of hate, then who are you to stop them? It’s not like people are going to read that shirt and think “wow I didn’t hate deaf people before but I DO NOW! bwahaha”. No, anyone who can read it is automatically going to think the person wearing it is a jerk. It’s a reflection on them not you.
So really we should WANT deaf haters to wear these shirts so we know who they are. All kidding aside, I’d say it’s probably just someone’s lame attempt at irony. Too bad you complained and got the page removed. We could have just asked the person what he/she meant by it…
I just realized my avatar on this site is sort of befitting for this thread.
Oh Bob,
I already answered and you twisted around making things worse that I see nothing but whole of non-senses.
Let me make it clear in very possible way for you to understand better even tho I highly doubt.
CafePress do NOT allow anyone to sell that promotes hatred messages and encourage anyone to report if seen one. They also state do not allow any type of profits to be made through hatred messages to sell out.
Nobody deserves to make money off public websites knowing it has violates their rules so if you want to sell hatred messages from your home, be my guess. It will come back and bite in your ass which is called karma for all I care. It’s freedom of speech so do whatever you want on your own but using public websites knowing the fact they have rules?
That’s what I’ve been saying from day one.
-SG
I think it is safe to say Bob is the seller of these shirts thats why he is pissed.
Way to go, Geo!
@SeekGeo
I understand your point. But I guess the simple question is: why are YOU the person to enforce CafePress’s policies? You do it for the reasons I mentioned above.
Also, there’s no need to insult me. I’m having this discussion because it’s interesting. If you’d like me to antagonize you instead, I can…
Bob,
One thing is that I have a shop with CafePress also which I am currently working on right now for The Seekies which is how I found it.
“Antagonize” – that’s interesting.. from selling shirts to murdering, way to go.
-SG
@Michelle
Yes, I’m the seller of the shirt because I disagree…
OR… maybe it’s possible that there are deaf people out there (me for example) who don’t get so worked up over comments from silly ignorant people.
By the way, I find this discussion interesting. The moment it is no longer interesting, I will stop responding.
@SeekGeo
Maybe I misunderstood your last part there. But to antagonize means “provoke the hostility of”, not murder…
Anyway, I don’t much care that you reported it. I just think that type of behavior is more likely to attract negative attention. After all, nobody likes a tattle-tale.
Aww.. Bob,
How cute you used “tattle-tale” which is mostly common used by children. I don’t think you understand the meaning of this so here is the link:
http://www.wisegeek.com/what-is-a-tattletale.htm
http://specialed.about.com/od/handlingallbehaviortypes/a/tattle.htm
I just think it’s cute how you use that word, I guess the way you look at it if someone steals your car, you’d be calling cops and I say “tattle-tale”?
-SG
Aww… SeekGeo,
How cute you resorted to making fun of me when that’s what you got all in a tizzy over with shirt guy. I don’t think you understand the meaning of irony so here is a link:
http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=define%3Airony&aq=f&oq=&aqi=g10
http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=define%3Ahypocrite&btnG=Search
I just think it’s cute how you complain about something and then proceed to do it yourself. I guess the way you look at it is: as long it’s not disparaging deaf people as a whole, it’s okay.
I know you think you’re clever, but you’re not. Anyway, this discussion is no longer interesting. Good day to you.
I did not do this by myself, I mentioned “teamwork” which means there were several others sent in emails also, I even got forwarded emails from them that they received from CafePress in reply stating it has been removed.
All it takes is teamwork. Way to go, guys!
Isn’t teamwork a great thing, eh?
-SG
I hate deaf people.
lol deaf people are dumb haha
Talking about mirror reflection – you know when you call someone “dumb” that means you are actually dumb. By calling others dumb cuz you have low self-esteem.. go figures.
-SG
Fantastic news! I wonder how many emails they got, LOL. I am happy to see them act so quickly.
I am not a cry-baby, but I demand respect.
THE WORLD IS LUCKY TO HAVE YOU!!! In so many ways, you are making this world a better place and I am proud to know you in any small way.
Erika
Hey To Anonymous. Why you hate deaf People? Are we dumb? NO! We are NOT Dumb. Okay. Here the bible says. Levitus 19:14. “You shall not curse the deaf, nor put a stumbing block. Before the blind, but shall not fear your God I am the Lord. Thank you
Hey Geo,
That is great to see them to be removed. Good job Geo!!!
;-)
Suzy
Seek Geo,
You did not answer my question whether you will puruse the legal suit against the t-shirt maker – “I HATE DEAF PEOPLE” based on handful of legal possibilities.
You could make money off that t-shirt maker to make others think TWICE.
Hitting people’s pocketbook is most effective and practical way to remind others not dare to promote hatred against deaf people, etc.
Look forward to your legal suit or I will do that by myself and donate $$ to the Audism Free America or establish the new organization of the deaf with true deaf activism.
RLM
Hey RLM!
Oh forgive me.. for some reason I thought I replied back to you but then again, it was just my imagination. Blame on these anonymous comments that I had to put up with most of time, ha ha.
He he.. you’re funny… wish it’d work that way but really, I’m happy for the fact that it’s taken down so that person can’t make any bucks. CafePress even got back to me stating there is none on the market that they can find so if we see any more, just shoot ‘em an email.
Of course that leaves me one thing to wonder if that person ever successfully sold shirts or not, hmm. I guess that is something we will never know.
I guess one thing we can say that it is a victory for us, showing that we can stand up what we believe and what we feel is right for the community!!
-SG
fucker, i’m gonna bring those tshirts back.
wow, another idiot person who posted July 11 message here. It is really something wrong with that guy.
SG, I recall remember this one I have not post this one. Which I was speechless after you contact them. I think Torture is not acceptable! I applauded you did right thing to let them know about hateful.
Over one year. It is sad that today is unfriendly comment by treat by hearing people.
