I love those comic books, too!! I grew up reading and still have a lot of old comic books. I gave all to my daughters (20 yrs old, married, and 12 yrs old)
They’re all my favorite! By the way, I hope he will choose Betty! She’s fun, loving, she’d be a wonderful wife…. so Archie doesn’t have to worry about Veronica spending all the money on shopping.
Archie is a #%$^ for going with Veronica.
Betty is better off without that loser.
Betty should date Jughead….
Ohh Betty and Jughead?! Hmm.. now that’d be interesting! Except only problem is, he have like this much not interested in girls.
But then again, only because he is obsessed with food especially burgers the most of time!

Hi yeah I heard that. I hope Archie pick Betty than Vernoica and also her father Mr Lodge remember that story he always kick out Archie hehe. Well. Wait and see. I used to buy comics long time now stop. I guess I tired of repeat story fight over Archie. So I will forward to who pick over two girls
Oh yes.. I know the feeling sometimes where it can get old about these same fights over and over. I guess the writer finally decided to do something new by moving on to get him married, etc.
Archie has been around for 70 years so it’s time for something new, he he.
Some people said they heard rumor that Archie ended up picking Veronica, though but let’s hope it’s not true!

Wow..those comic books…when I was little my dad always take me and my brother to a store full of comic books and we get to buy few comic books. Among our favorites – Archie, Rich Richie, Lotita, few more. Reading the comic books were our favorite pasttime and even we save them for years. Thanks for bring back the memories. I do miss the comic books!
i grew up buying this comic book whenever i visited my grandparents house cuz they live so close by the small grocery store . i walked over and bought them there . unfortunately, i didnt keep all of those comic books … you brought up our old memories…. I hope archie will choose Betty over Veronica.
I always thought Veronica was kind of a bitch for string him along with Reggie. At least Betty always wanted just him. Let us know what Archie does decide. I haven’t bought an Archie in I can’t even remember how many years….
Ah yes.. can’t forget the part between Veronica & Reggie like whenever Archie has no money to do anything, Veronica would screw him over to go with Reggie just cuz he have $ even tho herself is rich!
That is exactly why I love Betty, she is very easy to please and she admires Archie for who he is despite the fact that he drives crappy car, never have enough money.
I’d be very, very disappointed if he chooses Veronica!

Oh, I thought I heard the news saying that Archie has decided to marry Veronica. But then, I watched your blog and was left wondering if what I heard on the news was wrong. So, I researched a bit and realized that it was a teaser that was noted on the Archie’s website.
So, I had no ideas that there are people out there waiting to find out who Archie will marry.
I too read Archie quite a bit when I was between 10 to 15 years old. It was the only thing I would read for years! But, thankfully, I’ve moved on especially after I noticed the same stories were recycled again and again. So, I gave up altogether.
I wonder if it was a common thing for Deaf people read Archie comics…
Let’s do the reality! Archie have to face the reality that he would be better off choosing Verconia for her $$ to lead very comfortable life.
Betty is just “washed-out” blonde gal which she ended up “nobody” at all.
Archie just realized that Betty really dislike his reddish orange hair and do not
want to borne his children at all!
I would settle for bedding Reggie and Moose.

That is a major transformation within the Archie characters!

I mean it’s no secret knowing only if Archie is with Veronica then he’d be rich like her! But, that’s the thing.. whenever Archie has no money, she went to Reggie to go out together even tho she has the money she could have just paid for herself and Archie.
I saw that website stating that Archie has choose to marry Veronica but then again, according to other forum stating that it was just all tease.
I guess we will only find out for real when it’s out. I’m not sure if they would even put it on the cover to announce to make it obvious rather than make people buying it and read through to find out who he choose, ya know?
Only time will tell when it goes out!

OMG!! Wow, I grew up collecting Archies’ comic books.. I still have my Archie collection in box somewhere.. I ain’t going to ever get rid of it.. That’s gonna be interesting who he finally decide.. I’m feeling it is going to be BETTY!!! But what if.. What if?? He pick none of them but went with someone else?? That would be a interesting plot thickens..
Maybe he will marry someone completely else? Someone he met in secret and fell in love really fast? Would that be a shock?

I stopped buying regular comic books years ago as I prefer the classic ones but archie books will never go out of style. Have you seen the new drawings of the Archie Characters? Man, they suck big time! Classic Archie all the way! =D

OH MY!!!! The minute you said comic book I knew exactly what you were going to say. I was encouraging you to read everyday to further your knowledge of different words and I thought Oh BOY everyone loves comic books. So I brought several different ones and you automatically picked Archie. Wow where are they? You had to have several 100 because I bought you 1 each and every week. Perhaps they are up in my attic. I should look. I love you so much … and I am so dang excited I “FINALLY” get to see “You” and “Jes”wa hoo!! We are gonna party on down and I will be cooking all of your most favorite recipes! Ha.. Nothing has ever aged in Archie comics for 70 years, just same stories over and over but now finally, they decided to make some changes to make things exciting.
Wait and see what happens after they get married, will it means the end of Archie era? Hmm…

There is still stories after getting married… like marriage problems (as it always is between a couple, right?), problems with father-in-law, getting a dog together, then babies, the children grow up etc…. and then… after that…hmmm… divorce??? And Archie is single again. LOL
So, there are still lots of stories to keep Archie era!

Believe it or not, I have yet to read the book since they are nowhere to be found around here, only way I can do is order one online. Just haven’t gotten to it yet, ha ha.
