It can be found at whole foods health market in Bellevue Washington and one in Oregon. I love them! Yes it will benefit greatly! Check them out! :)

Whew.. glad to know that I’m not the only one who hates fish oil syrup!
Jes tried it and he didn’t mind much but then again, that’s cuz he loves fish… seriously!
I don’t know if I’d want to try pills unless there is small ones which they do sell so might try it. That is only if I cannot continue drink. I gotta try again tomorrow and the day after to see from there.

Many thanks for these articles especially the last one, I liked it. It explained a lot of good reasons why fish oil is very important.
This is exactly why I’m starting now since I don’t eat fish. Jes love fish and he eats a lot every chance he can so he’s fine.
I will still drink it daily for the next few days and see if I can get used to it.. if no luck then will buy a bottle with smaller pills and will have to learn how to swallow. I will make it work.. eventually.

I do take fish oil gelcaps every morning so in this way I dont taste any fish on my tongue… would suggest you to take gelcaps instead of oil on spoon? :IK: you wont taste fish at all.

Guess I should have gotten the gel ones, not sure why Jes didn’t recommend that one lol.. I will ask him when he gets home from work. Since I got the syrup one and it costs me 20 dollars!!
So I might as well finish it so money doesn’t go waste. lol

Ha ha.. I couldn’t hold my nose closes or else I can’t breath!
I really enjoy testing weird tastes and glad Jes captured it on video with fish oil. Because it wasn’t even planned or anything.. he grabbed the camera while I was about to open and he said I’m gonna record you everything so I went along with it.
Guess it was a good thing he did film me, eh?

Geo, when I was little and my dad needed me to take something, he would get my shot of fish oil or medicine ready, then a small glass of coca-cola. I downed the bad stuff really quickly and chased it with coke to wash the nasty taste away. This really helped me…hope it helps you as well. Good luck with the fish oil!
Personally I like it in the smaller gelcaps myself.

Geo, yes, I prefer Pepsi myself; the diet versions are far better than diet coke.
Here in the South, any soda is referred to as Coke. As in, “Do you want a coke?” “Yeah, what kind?” “Umm, a Dr. Pepper.”

That is NOTHING to compare to this little kid who had to take that crap EVERY MORNING at the dorm from the nurse. EVERY FUCKING DAY except Saturday and Sunday! You only took it ONCE! GEEZ….you get to barf while we were given again if we barfed. Yeah….no shit! Glad that days of shoving that oil down the kids’ throats every morning are over! You rugrats have it easy since that practice stopped in early ’70′s. You pathetic asshat!

My mom have tried it before and told it could help her lose weight (tried trick me into taste it) but nah! I have seen her facial expression when she tasted it. I told her “Don’t ever breathe on me, I bet it smell nastier than a drinker”
I heard it can be dangerous if you are not watching amount of teaspoon you are taking, that is why I rather gel . Orange juice is the best for you, water really doesn’t work. It just let the nasty tasting of fishing oil sit there. Oil is stronger than water, you know that. However orange juice has a lot of vitamins that can beat oil in tasting

We rarely ever have any orange juice here cuz we never finish ‘em and they always expired, lol. So I will go with pepsi since we do have ‘em here.
