Because I love to eat red meat (burgers and steaks) which is NOT good for my heart, ha ha. So having fish oil, it helps to reduce the chances and better for health.

It is a very good video. We in Iceland have some fish oil. It is called Lysi – http://www.lysi.eu/
In old days children in schools had to take a fish oil or LYSI. A fish oil is said to be very healthy :) I sometimes take a fish oil and I am used to it.
All right…is that all? Just took one teaspoon of fish oil? Bah…I double dog dare you to drink the WHOLE bottle in front of video. Yeah, I mean it!
