Portland, OR Airport Departing

Right now, it’s almost 5 o’clock in the morning here in Portland! We had to get up at 3am at hotel to get ready to come here, boy.. we are so tired!! We are at the airport waiting to depart, the boarding should start in about half hour. We will land in Houston at 12:15 their time.
Hope you all had a good 4th last night!

Please put me in your luggage. I am kind of jealous and always want to go fly. I have not fly for more than 30 years. I always want to save money.. Never learn to learn to step to take a vacations.
Someday We need travel when my younger daughter still lives with us.. Lilly will step to get out of house in late Sept for college.
Wish you have fun time there! Be safe. I went to Cancun, Mexico in 2005 with my friends. I had blast time there.
I see Continental Airlines stole some of the seating chairs from Delta Airlines based on the Delta Triangle Widget Jes is sitting in! Shame on CO! ;)
There’s my beautiful 737-900 Plane! Little history here, the Boeing 737-900 is the longest of the 737 varient and can seat up to 220 passengers in an all dense economy pitch.
Come on boys, why ain’t you all dressed up and looking spiffy for flying?! :-P

Every time you excel I think back to the time you were 5 days old and the doctor that was the head of the audiology department at “Yale University Hospital” tested you for your hearing. I remember those horrible words he spoke to me without any consideration for my feelings. “I am sorry to say this (HA!) but your son has such a profound hearing loss he will never be able to live a normal lifestyle. He will never reach a time in his life where he will be self sufficient. So I suggest you look into a home where he can live along side with “OTHERS” just like him.” I looked at him and I said “No! one day when my son is a success I will march him into this very office and make you eat these words. I will teach him everything and I will never let what you just said hinder him or me.” Thanks son for allowing me to see him eat his words if only in my mind. You have NEVER been a disappointment to me. You have always set a goal and no matter the obstacle you obtained it. I have never felt anything but pride when I see you grab on to another one only because I know you will again succeed.
I hope you BOTH have a blast. I know you are there to teach but I also know you will be learning so much more! What an awesome opportunity for you and Jes! Luv ya more than love… Mom :kiss:
Hey I just gotta tell you both this! I so hope you guys got to watch the most exciting history making Wimbledon ever played. It was totally unbelievable!! So if you missed it try to get at least the highlights!It broke all records and if you do not know who won I will give you a hint… not the same one who has won it in the last 5 years!! luv to u both!!
